$50 nonrefundable application fee/person + the security deposit due once your application is approved:
$500 deposit for studios/1bedrooms
$1,000 deposit for 2bedrooms
$1,500 deposit for Townhomes/Penthouses

PETS: Can have up to two per unit, $350 non-refundable pet fee (total) + $50 pet rent PER pet. Ask about our Breed Restrictions, ESA’s must provide documentation.

PARKING OPTIONS:
On-site garage: controlled-access, assigned stalls for $150/month per space ($175 second space)...limited availability
Outdoor Surface lot: $50/month…currently a Wait List through June 2024 (potentially sooner)

UTILITIES:
